Is there a minimum order for custom apparel?
No. XLTD Sportswear accepts single-piece custom apparel orders as well as team and group orders. Check your selected product for the available garment and size options.
How do I get a free design mockup?
Use the free mockup and team quote form. Send your team or business name, preferred colors, logo or design idea, quantity, delivery ZIP code and event date. If you already chose a catalog design, include its name or product link.
Can I add names, numbers and a company logo?
Yes. Customization depends on the selected garment. Team names, player names, numbers, logos and colors can be discussed with our team. Work shirts can include company names, phone numbers and services. Review spelling and placement on your mockup before approving production.
What sizes are available?
Sizes 1T–8XL are available across the custom apparel range, with custom sizing requests handled by our team. Individual products have their own size and garment options. Use the size chart for your selected style and ask us to confirm any size or fit that is not listed.
How long does a custom order take?
Standard turnaround is 2–3 weeks after mockup approval. Timing can vary by product, quantity, artwork and delivery requirements. Confirm your project's timing with our team before ordering, and refer to the timeline confirmed for your existing order.
Can I order different sizes for one team?
Yes. Send a size breakdown or roster with your team quote request. For baseball sets, list each player's jersey size and pants size separately. For a mixed-size crew pack, follow the product page instructions and make sure the size quantities equal the pack total.
What is full sublimation?
Full sublimation prints the design into polyester fabric. It allows coordinated colors and artwork across a garment. Check each product listing for the fabric and decoration method because our catalog also includes other apparel options.
Can I choose a polo, mandarin or roundneck collar?
Collar options vary by product. Our pool and billiards jerseys offer Normal Polo, Mandarin / Standup and Roundneck choices. Other jerseys have their own listed options. Confirm the collar and closure you want on the product page and mockup.
How do I send a logo or roster?
Use the contact instructions on our free mockup and team quote page. Include your chosen design, quantity, size breakdown and deadline. If you already ordered, include your order number so the artwork stays with the correct order.
How do I track an existing order?
Use the order tracking page and the order status link in your confirmation email. Once your order ships, use the carrier tracking link in your shipping email. For help, contact our team with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
