XLTD Sportswear creates custom jerseys, team uniforms and business apparel. Based in McAllen, Texas, we help individual players, teams, clubs and businesses put their own names, colors and logos on apparel.

How your custom order works

1. Share your idea. Choose a catalog design or send your team or business name, colors, logo, quantity and event date through our quote form.
2. Review your free mockup. Confirm artwork, names, numbers, sizes and garment choices before production.
3. Confirm your order details. Ask our team to confirm timing for your project, especially if you have an event deadline.

One shirt or a full team

There is no minimum order for our custom apparel. Sizes 1T–8XL are available across the custom range; available sizes and fits vary by garment, so check the product listing and size charts. For a team order, send one roster and list separate jersey and pants sizes when needed.
